1.  Do all questions make sense?
2. Are the appropriate fields marked as required?
3. Is it clear what the different membership options are?
4. Are the correct payment options in place?

Submit membership application

1. Is it clear what next steps are

Check  your email (at this point an admin may need to go in and approve the membership)

1. Did you receive an email of approval?
2. Did it have the text you were expecting

*Repeat these steps for corporate membership

1. Can you see and edit your profile?
2. Can you view other members contact information? Should you be able to?

Check membership types

For each type:

1. Is the expiration for membership set up as expected?

Check your email

1. Did you receive an email to notify you when a member applied? If not should you receive an email?
2. Follow the link in the email. Does it allow you to approve membership?

Check Membership Notices

1. Do you have a notice set up for expiration?
2. Add any other notices you think appropriate
