This past year they provided us with a timely and valuable upgrade of our site (to Tendenci), which allows the leadership more flexibility in assessing the needs of its 11,000 members. Access to the site is a breeze, registration procedures for meetings are simple and are used by over 95 percent of the attendees, and problems that develop are tackled on a timely basis.
