"It depends on the weather and availability. Sometimes he's under the bridge just past the Police Memorial, sometimes he's in that little grove of trees, sometimes at the corner of Allen Parkway and the Jamail Skate Park, and sometimes he's down in the picnic area there just below Eleanor Tinsley Park. He has a "learning tree" in that little grove of trees. He goes to the library and copies, by hand, the books he's studying to help solve the financial crisis. Then he sits under his learning tree to try to absorb what he has been reading. Interesting character."
