The American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS) founded the Joint Section on Tumors in 1984.  Since then, The Tumor Section has been providing events like: talks at neurosurgical national meetings and symposiums.   With a loyal industry following, the Tumor Section has collected and distributed information about grants, protocols, and more through the Tendenci Platform.
