What if I need help with updates to my Tendenci site after it goes live?

 

We do our best to give you the tools you need to make updates you need to your Tendenci site after it goes live. If you need help with updates to your Tendenci site, the Tendenci team is available to make those updates. There are two options for these updates:

One Off Requests - Contact Support

You can always send changes you need made to your website to our Support team (support@tendenci.com). The Support team will make the changes and bill you time and materials at our hourly rate of $100/hr or $150/hr for managers if your changes are more technical. Those support charges will be added to your regular invoice each month.

Ongoing Updates or Large Changes - Consider a Professional Services Retainer Agreement

If you think you will need a large number of changes or ongoing updates over time, consider setting up a retainer agreement with our Professional Services team. The advantage of setting up a retainer agreement with us is that you get one designated point of contact on our side (so you contact them directly instead of going through the support portal) and you purchase a block of hours at a flat $100/hr.
