Accessing your Network Solutions if you don't know the contact

When your site is live, we will need to make DNS changes in order to point your domain name to the new website. It happens sometimes that the person in charge of the website is not the same person who registered the domain name. If you need to find out who this person is, you can look this up in Network Solutions.

  1. Go to and click on Login

  2. Click on "I've forgotten my User Id or password"

  3. Enter the domain of your website without the "www"

  4. This should take you to a page that has the name of the Primary Contact for that account. If you are not this person, you will have to contact him or her to add you as an account contact or simply just get the login information from them.
