Adding categories to photo albums or individual photos is a great way to organize your site's data. When you add a category to an image or album, it groups them by that category. 

I. Adding Category to Photo Album

Step 1: Choose the photo album.

1. On the menu tab (on the top of the page) click "Apps", then click "Member Management", and lastly click on "Photo Albums".
   
              
   
   
   
2. Select the photo album to be categorized and on the bottom of that album click "Options" (a drop-down menu will appear) and click "Edit Set".
   
               
   
   
   

Step 2: Select the category

     The Category drop-down is located under the Permission sections.

                    

Click on the tab under "Select Category" and the drop-down will show all the categories associated with the Photo Directory. Then click "Save".

II. Adding Category to a Photo 

Step 1: Choose the Photo Set that contains the image.

2. Select the photo album to be categorized and on the bottom of that album click "Options" (a drop-down menu will appear) and click "Edit Photos".
   
               

Step 2: Find the image and select the category

The Category drop-down is located under the Group drop-down.

Click on the tab under "Category" and the drop-down will show all the categories associated with the Photo Directory. Then click "Save All Changes".
