ProductCamp Austin is for Product Management, Product Marketing, and Marketing professionals to teach to, learn from, and network with each other. ProductCamp is an un-conference, and is FREE to attend! Your only cost is your participation – bring your ideas, lead a session in your area of expertise, facilitate a roundtable discussion, network, or volunteer.

Sarah's primary role at Tendenci is to build and support a community of "Raving Fans" for our open source content management system, Tendenci.   Her responsibilities in this capacity utilize her strength to combine marketing, customer service, and technology to identify and create great user experiences for our clients.


Sarah has over 13 years in marketing, sales, and online lead generation across a variety of platforms with a strong focus on teaching people how to use technology to do great things in business and nonprofit industries. 


She also volunteers with many organizations in the Houston community and has a passion for entrepreneurship and technology, in particular.  In addition to active participation in the Houston American Marketing Association, Social Media Breakfast Club, Social Media Club, Houston Chapter, and Houston Interactive Marketing Association, Sarah also plays key roles with the following organizations:



  • the Houston Startup Digest curator.

  • the PR and Marketing Manager (volunteer/unpaid) forSpaceUP Houston.

  • the Project Manager and a Developer of the Spacepointssocial outreach platform for Space Enthusiasts

  • a co-organizer for the Houston NetSquared Meetup Group to bring nonprofit organizations together with technology professionals for learning and making the world a better and more tech-savvy place.
