One-Click Update UserGroup

The original usergroup criteria will be saved.  Admins can update the user group with one click.  They system will search through the users database table and add new users that meet the original criteria.  This update would be useful for sending out newsletters to the same type of people, without having to go through the process of recreating the group from scratch every time you're about to send out a newsletter.
