| Well, first, they are very enthusiastic about the technology - not in a whiz bang let's see how many effects we can cram into a site but in a hey, look at what is new. They are in the business so while they can be excited about the cool stuff, they can also guide you, the client, toward what may or may not be appropriate to your particular site. Second, they want to know about your business and your budget so they can design to stay within that budget. I've worked with them on two sites and we've received great work, on time and within budget. Next, each of the people I've worked with at Schipul has been tremendously responsive. I call - they answer. I send email - they call or message me right back. I leave a message after hours and when I check the site the next day, the change has already been made. When you are asking people to spend money while using your site, delays can mean lost opportunity. And finally, I guess it's just that they are a damn fine bunch of folks to work with - the kind of people you'd like to have as neighbors - involved with their kids, the community - creative, yes - but not so out there that you can't relate.
